  • Pitched, presented, planned, and built multiple levels to high quality.

  • Created a blockout kit and shared techniques adopted by the team to speed up layout work.

  • Delivered feedback to other team members in an accessible and compassionate way.

  • Mentored a level designer through weekly follow-ups and guidance sessions, with a great approval rating from the mentee.

  • Contributed to the AI team by designing an in-depth Dynamic Spawn System, which got approved and implemented in the game.

  • Collaborative mindset and cross-disciplinary communication, leading to better team alignment.
